Economic Slowdown Brings Better Opportunities For BPO Firms

Due to global economic slowdown many firms are now looking for outsourcing as a measure for cost cutting. This has created new pavement for the BPO industry. As per Economic times, clients are now looking towards their outsourcing vendors to suggest ways to cut costs, Genpact president and CEO Pramod Bhasin had said recently. “There are some project cancellations but there are new opportunities too.”
