Transcend Launches PF810 Digital Photo Frame In India

Friday, December 26, 2008:  Transcend has launched a new PF810 digital photo frame. Combining a gloss-black finish with inlaid rhinestones and an intuitive LED lighted touch-sensitive menu interface, Transcend PF810 boasts a new 8-inch 800x600 (4:3) colour TFT LCD panel and 2GB of built-in flash memory.

Transcend PF810 supports digital camera JPG and BMP formats. Its AOS (Automatic Orientation Sensor) can automatically adjust image placement on the screen for optimal viewing. PF810 is equipped with new NaturaTone intelligent skin colour processing and user-selectable colour modes that analyse the makeup of each image and enhances colours for a lifelike appearance, said the company. The PF810 is equipped to play back movies and videos as well as allso functions as a full-featured MP3 player and an FM radio, which allows users listen to MP3 songs or radio stations while viewing photos at the same time. The built-in USB host connector also allows users to plug-in USB flash drive. Once connected, PF810 will automatically find and play all music, pictures, and video clips available on the flash drive. Backed by 2-year warranty, including one-year pixel-defect guarantee, the PF810 digital photo frame is available at Rs 9,500.
